Remodeling Services

Bathrooms:
-full remodel, new build, update existing
-repair water damaged floors, toilets, vanities, tile surrounds, exhaust fan installation

Kitchens: full remodel, new build, update existing
-cabinet install, vent hood install, backsplash replace or addition

Windows:
-repair, replacements, scrape and paint, replace jamb extensions and casings
-re frame for wider or taller windows

Doors:
-adjust hinges or door jamb to open and close properly
-replace, paint and stain, replace casing and baseboard
-replace latchware

Floors:
-hardwood repair, install, finish, and or refinish
-engineered hardwood, install
-install luxury vinyl tile (with or without grout lines)
-ceramic or porcelain tiles: 1″x1″ – 12″x24″ in size; cement board subfloor or self leveler
-We do not install carpeting-

Stairs:
-interior and exterior stair stringer and treads new build and replacements

Closets:
-build new, add custom cabinetry and shelving to existing

Rough Carpentry:
-adjust or install new joists, subfloor, walls, ceiling, post and beams, headers,
stair stringers, porches and decks

Finish Carpentry:
-Stair treads and risers, stain grade and paint grade
-Newel post, railings, handrail
-Pre-hung interior passage doors and French doors 80″ and 96″
-Slab doors -mortised and planed to fit existing openings
-Pocket doors -frame 6″ wall from scratch and hang slab, or install pocket door kit
-Casing, paint or stain grade for windows and doors with individually cut
jamb extensions
-Baseboard, cap, shoe, plinth blocks, rosettes -coped to fit
-Crown molding

Walls and Ceilings:
-patch, and paint drywall and plaster
-demolish, hang and tape new drywall walls and ceilings
-remove popcorn ceiling texture (test for asbestos if necessary)
-skim coat existing cracked plaster
-T&G pine, shiplap, bead board, installed and finished

Painting and Staining
-Drywall, plaster, paneling, cabinetry, case work, windows, doors
