The Process

First, contact me via phone call, text message, or email with a brief description of you project or scope of work. Attached photos are always appreciated.

Then, I will call you back and we can have a 15 minute phone conversation discussing your needs.

If the project is small enough in scope, I will not need to do an on site consultation and can schedule a date and time to complete the service.

If the project is more involved in scope, we will schedule an on site consultation where we can talk in depth about your project. (on site consultations are $35 cash, check, or venmo)

From the on site consultation, I will be able to develop a formal estimate and or schedule other tradesmen to take a look at the project as well. I work with some excellent licensed mechanical contractors who are honest and professional. I coordinate their schedule to fit into your project timeline and handle all of their estimates and billing.

Once you approve the formal estimate, I can collect a downpayment and add your project to my schedule. I also coordinate all mechanical contractors who will be working on your home and keep a clear line of communication between all of us.

I will keep in touch via text (or phone call if you prefer) and send you a reminder the day before the project begins.

We are very conscientious of your home and make sure to keep our dust and mess contained so your home stays clean during the remodeling process.

Once the project is fully complete and all the debris has been cleaned up, I will collect a final payment and you can enjoy your new space!
